Hate is Strong. The word hate, I mean. Yet we use that word so casually, don’t we? I hate slow drivers, I hate this haircut, I hate cops, I hate mosquitoes, I hate that person. Remember. What we think and say, we become. Our language reflects who we are and what we want to be. So to live our best life, we must become conscious of our words. Start by noting when you use the word hate. Perhaps instead try “I don’t like” Or, I prefer.. something else? Or not say it at all? The word isn’t positive, is it? Here’s a minister’s trick. When someone uses hate casually, try a gentle, “wow, hate is strong.” All but the most thoughtless will pause to consider their word choice. You’ll be amazed at the conversations sparked! I’d love to hear about your experience. Take hate out of your mouth, and Love will have more room to grow in you, and the world. I’m Rev Doc Lisa, IntegralHealer And I’m with you, on the Journey.
