Don’t be fooled. Evil’s out there, often in disguise. Clever evil people might do obvious charity work, even speak often of love or God. In fact, intense religiosity is a common, convenient evil people disguise. So, how do you know if someone’s good? The trick is to ensure their works align with their words. Do they tend to treat with kindness the less beautiful, brilliant or fortunate? Do they blame, mock or put others down? Do they respect boundaries? Honestly admit mistakes and make amends? To protect yourself, take the time it takes to observe and confirm the length and quality of care in their relationships with family, colleagues, animals and the Earth. Lastly, if your gut says something’s off - trust it. We each choose good or evil in every moment. Before inviting someone into your world, it’s wise to figure out which THEY choose.
