Do you get anxious about throwing things away? Last month George and I had to move a ton of stuff to our home- which has no storage space. It’s now right up in our faces how all our stuff impedes our smooth movement through life. Though tough to admit, stuff is a problem for many folks. Adopting rules has helped our progress, like no more acquiring and keeping nothing that’s broken. But then I chipped this bowl, which was my mother’s. She died over 20 years ago. Despite my best intentions, I’ve been avoidant, super anxious and actually sick to my stomach with resistance to throwing this out, feelings wildly disproportionate to simply throwing out a bowl. There’s stuff behind the stuff, for sure. But to move forward, I gotta push through the discomfort. One thing I’m totally sure of - letting go of anything gets easier with practice. So - thank you for your service! And thank you for keeping me accountable on my path. With you on the Journey, I’m Rev. Doc. Lisa, IntegralHealer.
