Resinall K from Health Concerns combines medicinals used for thousands of years in warrior “hit medicine” - designed to treat traumatic injuries. Many ingredients depend on resinous compounds for their analgesic and healing effects – thus the name. Resinall K relieves pain, treats bleeding and helps heal damaged tissues. I chose the liquid oral form for the shop because it provides rapid administration and easy absorption. It can be used topically too for a broad spectrum of skin disorders, as the resins have strong antiseptic action against bacteria and fungi. It can be a bit messy though and can stain, so be sure to wrap!

1 oz. bottle with dropper. Shake well before use.
Dose for Adults:
Oral - 15 drops (1 dropperful) under the tongue 3x/day between meals or as directed.
Topical - Apply topically 3 times/day or as directed. Allow to dry/cover to prevent staining.

Interesting western cultural aside: Resinall K contains the duo resins frankincense and myrrh, often used together in Chinese Medicine. You may recognize frankincense and myrrh’s bit parts as expensive incense in the Christmas story, but in actuality these valuable medicinal gems were likely given as gifts by the “Wise Men from the East” to aid in postpartum healing!

I have great results with Health Concerns Products. I like them because they are focused on bringing the centuries of knowledge amassed in the Chinese herbal tradition to the West and continue to research, test, and adapt traditional formulas by applying the science of modern biochemistry, addressing the specific conditions of Western patients.*

Chinese Medicine Description of Formula and Ingredient Action:
Dragon's blood (xue jie) treats hemorrhage and pain. Catechu (er cha) is cool and astringent. It assists Dragon's blood in stopping bleeding and generating new tissue. Frankincense (ru xiang) and myrrh (mo yao) are especially useful for damaged tissues. Carthamus (hong hua) invigorates blood. Tinctures containing carthamus are clinically used in China to treat musculoskeletal trauma. Corydalis (yan hu suo) relieves stagnant Qi and is indicated for pain due to blood stasis and traumatic injury. This is important as trauma can cause the Qi to become stagnant. It is considered a strong herbal analgesic. Borneol (bing pian) opens up the channels. The original formula Qi Li San contains cinnabar (zhu sha), a toxic mercury compound, and musk (she xiang), which is a prohibited substance in the US: therefore Health Concerns has made necessary modifications.*
